GOLD SERIES WEBSITE

Perfect for the new entrepreneur who is just starting off but knows where they’re headed.
Create a website that tells your story. Includes a max of 5 content pages (About Me, Contact us, Privacy Policy, etc.), two account integrations (ie: Instagram, Facebook, etc), image optimization for SEO, one newsletter sign-up box (no template) and a recorded walkthrough of Squarespace and how to make changes to your website along with written instructions.
PLATINUM SERIES WEBSITE
starting at $1,700 USD
Made for the established entrepreneur or business owner.
Your business is running and you’re looking to improve your web presence. Includes up to 8 content pages (About Me, Contact Us, Events/Photo Gallery, etc.), unlimited account integrations (ie: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Scheduling), image optimization for SEO, one newsletter sign-up box (with customized template), online training and written instructions for making changes to your website in the future.
E-COMMERCE ADD-ON
additional $425
Build your website to sell your products or services.
Choose between the gold or platinum series packages. Add on includes: complete setup of Squarespace shop settings, max of 6 products or services loaded into your shop, image and shop optimization for SEO, online training and written instructions for making changes to your website in the future.
Do you have a website already that needs a renewal? This can mean taking your current website and remaking it on the Squarespace platform, or simply performing updates on your current site (e-commerce is not included and will still be considered an add-on).
This service is technically considered a new website as I am not the original designer of your website, I will have to make changes accordingly and work over previous designers work. This service covers up to ten pages of content, editing of photo albums, blogs, and other services on your current website that do not require third-party integration (the use of outside programs).
Additional pages and services with be quoted when we have our initial consult conversation.

The Process
Onboarding
Once we’ve established your project details, I’ll create your contract and invoice to get us started.
- After signing your contract and paying your invoice (or a deposit of 50% is made), you will receive an email with a link to our Google Drive folder as well as your Welcome Packet.
- We’ll lock in your website launch date.
- You will complete the necessary documents found in our drive folder.
(Please note: If content is missing then “placeholder” text and sample images will be used.)
Week 1: Design
This is when the fun begins!
During week 1, I’ll be working on your website foundations.
If you have a domain, I will begin the transfer process to Squarespace.
- You’ll receive a mood board + color palette based on the information provided in your design questionnaire.
- Once your mood board + color palette is approved, I can begin building your website. (Please note: Your approval should be submitted within 48 hrs of being received.)
- You will be sent a link to view your live website!
Week 2: Edits
The ball’s in your court now!
During week 2, you will provide me with the website edits.
- Edits are to be submitted on Monday so that I can implement and finalize them by Wednesday. (Communication is crucial to stay on track with our website launch.)
- Any external functions will be added (ie: social media accounts, scheduling, etc.)
- Your site’s functionally will be tested (all links/buttons are working).
- You will receive an email with the lesson plan for us to meet and launch your website!

Additional Web Services
Monthly website maintenance is offered for established clients. If you don’t have the time or ability to perform needed updates to your website, this is for you. Maintenance includes: simple edits to website copy (the text within your website), adding to existing photo albums/galleries, and adding a maximum of three blog posts. The addition of new pages or features, changes to your website’s templates, or any redesigning of pages is not considered maintenance and will incur addition charges.

Maintenance starting fees are $150, cost of additional work will be determined by my hourly rate. Once your project details are submitted you will receive an email with a quote and/or invoice to get started.
